Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by customs clearance, weather conditions, transportation disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control may occur.

Returns and Refunds

Customers may request a return within 15 days of receiving their order.

Returned items must:

  • Be unused and in original condition.

  • Include original packaging and accessories.

  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds will be processed after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Original shipping charges may not be refundable unless the return results from our error or a defective product.

Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled and must follow the return process.
